The interview process was very fast, in total it took around 4 weeks from sending the job application to receiving the final answer. The first interview was a call with the Head of People. The call felt more like a conversation than an interview, I was asked to tell more about my experience and why I chose Gymondo. The second interview was scheduled for the same week at Gymondo's office with the Team Lead. It took around 1h and I was asked, among others, about my work experience and what in my opinion is important for creating a good work environment. It was also explained to me what is the team structure and the goals of the position that I applied for. After this stage I received a design task and a few days to complete it. The third interview had 2 parts, the first was a cultural fit with the team - a very nice 30min conversation about my past projects and how is it to work at Gymondo. The second part was an interview with the Marketing Department. I was asked about my experience, how did I become a designer, how do I organize my work and what are the main values that are important for me at work. Two weeks after the last interview I received the final answer on the application status.
