It was an easy and relaxed environment. The interviewing staff and hr staff were very friendly, but it may have been because they wanted to mirror the type of people they wanted to hire. I say this with a pinch of salt because after the 2 weeks of training, the manager turned made multiple members of staff CRY on shift. I do however believe that was an anomaly because all the other managers were understanding, kind and supportive.
