The interview process was extensive and extremely thorough. It started with an initial phone call to see if I was a potential fit for the position. I then had to go in for a coffee chat with some of the leaders in the organization. I was later invited for a formal in-person interview that lasted around 3 1/2 hours. After that interview, I was given a take home assignment and had to complete a presentation as the final step in the process.
