Fantastic candidate experience from start to finish! From application to first contact was two days, I had the opportunity to have a wonderful discussion call with the departing recruitment manager who was very well informed and passionate about the role and company. A few days later contact was made by the hiring manager to arrange a first stage interview, this was a two-person panel interview with two senior figures within the business - straight away I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable to share my story and insights. They left such a great impression that Gumtree was an amazing place to work. Upon the success of the first stage interview I was invited for a second stage interview with the HR Director for the eBay Classifieds Group, wow, what a sensational experience, so insightful and lovely to talk to.
