Horrible. I applied for the position a year ago, passed the call and English conversation screen, then they called me to the company for an interview with engineers. I thought everything was going well, but they agreed to call me back for two weeks and then they never spoke to me again. I even tried calling and sent emails until I gave up. They should at least let you know that you weren't selected so you don't waste time like they did in my case.
