J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gulfstream en août 2021
Entretien
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn claiming to be impressed by my background. I agreed to a phone conversation.
Right out of the gate he told me that if I didn't agree to move to Savannah or accept Gulfstream's base offer "it would be a pretty short conversation." I found this extremely disrespectful.
He then told me that Gulfsteam was staffing up heavily for their G750 program, which had been delayed by the pandemic.
The questions were technically light and then he told me to find a position of interest on the career site and then email him when I applied.
I sent a Thank You email the next day and never got a reply. At this point I figured that was the 2nd professional insult of the process and so I didn't apply either.
Note Gulfstream: drop the arrogant attitude and have some respect for candidates. Especially if *you* reach out to them 1st.
Literally the only good thing that came out of this discussion is Gulfstream's base was the highest I'd heard from anyone. But I'm not about to apply to a company that already treats me like crap before I've even joined.
