Asked me general sales questions, tested my product knowledge, queried me on customer service experience.
I was called in for an in-person interview with the Sales and Training Manager. I was called back in later that afternoon to meet with the General Manager, where he asked me a few product specific questions and then offered me a job on the spot.

Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.

Simple and to the point. They want to know if you fit into the company culture. They also want to know what your skill set is as far as musical ability. It is very easygoing and relaxed

Felt like I was being interrogated or discriminated against, as if this were an important career. Dude, you hire high school students. Give me a break. Avoid applying to guitar center.
