It was fairly simple - we set up a time to meet at the store and I went in and met with the manager of the location that I would be working at and another director. We had a nice chat - a lot of it did not feel like an interview but more like a conversation. They asked questions, I asked questions, and they made me feel excited at the possibility of working there.
