You have to apply online and take a small assessment, then someone will call you to schedule a first interview. You will have to submit to a background check, answer a few questions then come in for another interview. They are not real good at letting you know if you are not selected, if you do not hear back from them, you did not get the job. They will stay in contact if they are interested.

Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.

Simple and to the point. They want to know if you fit into the company culture. They also want to know what your skill set is as far as musical ability. It is very easygoing and relaxed

Felt like I was being interrogated or discriminated against, as if this were an important career. Dude, you hire high school students. Give me a break. Avoid applying to guitar center.
