Recruiter Interview: Recruiter seemed to be in a hurry + was felt rude, cut me off when I was trying to explain my visa situation. If the recruiter herself is going to make you feel unwelcome, then that pretty much sums up the company culture.

It was very rushed and very scripted. We had to reschedule it twice. It felt like a "check-the-box" exercise as if their mind was already made up or they didn't care about engaging in a conversation. Not a great first impression of the company.

Entretien
The interview process with Guild was probably one of the best I've gone through. There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, a take-home assignment, a series of interviews with a few other folks, and a reference check.
Something I really enjoyed was how aligned everyone was on the company mission, the understanding of the role and how it functioned within the team, and the opportunities/challenges that Guild is facing. I really enjoyed meeting everyone that I talked to!
I also want to add that throughout the process, HR was quick to communicate, accommodating of my schedule, and just overall really warm! I never waited more than a day for any follow-up, and it really was incredibly smooth!
The overall process from when I submitted my application to when I received an offer took about 6 weeks.
