Comprehensive, three rounds of interview. 2 zoom interviews and one in person. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You must know the subject in and out. One step was to leave a message to parents via phone call. They wanted to test how I would communicate with parents, as this is very important.

First had interview at the location I was interested in working at. It was a new location so we spent a lot of time talking about the vision for the space. After the initial interview, I had a second interview via zoom with someone in another city. She talked me through their in/house certification process (since I was not Montessori certified) and asked about positions I would be interested in. At the time, I still had a few months in my contract at another school. We agreed to stay in touch. This was January 2020. In March, everything shut down because of the pandemic, and we lost touch.
