Thank you for sharing this with us! We are sorry that your experience was negative and would like to continue the conversation. Please reach out directly to the Talent team if you have any lingering questions about your application.
It is always our goal to respond to every candidate and be respectful of the time and energy you place into the interview process. We recognize how stressful this process can be for candidates. While we often discuss timeline in first interviews, certain interview processes can stretch out as staffing needs change or when the school is unopened. This was the challenge in your situation, in which you applied for the unopened New Jersey locations but felt more aligned and interested with New York locations that only had upcoming positions opening, not immediate current needs. I take this on myself for not making this clear and keeping you better informed as things shifted. I apologize that you are left feeling frustrated and uncertain.
We do hope from the moment we start the interview process that both parties continue to communicate and provide updates. If, at any time, something changes in your timeline to make a decision or interests, we do hope that you email or call to request an update. We will always send out rejections once the job is officially filled, but I also understand that this didn't align with your job search needs.
