First interview is short and with a recruiter. Ask basic questions that are easy to answer- be sure you know how to describe company/what they do. Also, understand the role itself and what your part in company would be. Second interview is two parts- two 30 min interviews with different teams, and then a 1 hour assignment. Interviews were also filled with basic interview questions. I would research specifics about client service associate duties to help get a better understanding of assignment you’ll be given.
