Went through a couple of rounds of interviews. Heard back from them on the third interview so I submitted my availability. Then I got ghosted. I don't think they're serious about hiring. I didn't hear back on a single email I sent them. I don't think their processes are very clear either - that could potentially explain delays between rounds as well.

The interview lasted only 15 minutes with a recruiter who seemed rushed and disengaged. He stated at the beginning that he didn’t have much time. He asked a few basic questions and ended the call quickly, despite saying the next round would be next week. Two days later, I received an automated rejection without any explanation or response to my follow-up.
