Interview process started off fine with the Talent Acquisition team member being very helpful and caring. Unfortunately at each interview stage it started going downhill.
I was fine with the second interview being technical question based to test my knowledge. But I was told the third interview was not going to be a test of technical knowledge, but it was. And they asked me about how to diagnose a blue screen error again.
Then I had a fourth interview and was told it was not going to be a test of technical knowledge and it was. And they asked me how to diagnose a blue screen error again!
Also the fourth interviewer needs to brush up on their interviewing skills because it was painful, it felt like I was interviewing him more than he was interviewing me. If I have to sit through 4 separate interviews but they all run the same, maybe we can get it all over with at one time, with a panel interview?
After I spent about a month from start to the fourth interview, the job was reposted the very next day and I got radio silence for 2 weeks until finally I was told they went with another candidate.
That’s fine but it’s strange you would repost the job and find another candidate within two weeks when my interview process took a month.
