Straight forward: 3 steps. telephone screening with recruiter, then 3 interviews back to back with different managers and a task. final interview is another round with one of the teams. Managers were extremely complimentary to then not offer the job, definitely led on. False promises on feedback and outcome of interview, I waited for 2 weeks after the interview when they said I would hear by the end of the week. General lack of respect for the applicants.
