Entretien
First step is a phone call in which they ask about the job description and about your knowledge about the company (easily findable on their website). Then they proceed to a second round interview with team members (easy part, just as the phone call) and then with a senior member of the company with a bit more demanding questions about personality and understanding of the company. If you're successful they invite you to a mock call. Interview is quite long about 1.30-3h.
