Very laid back interview. Questions were practical and based on experiences with former positions. Nothing abstract. Just wanted to get a feel for how personalities mesh and what the potential contributions could be. Pretty simple and straightforward. As long as you know your stuff and can prove you have the on the job experience and expertise in the position you are applying for, you shouldn't have any issues at all. Probably one of the best interview experiences I have had.
