Entretien
Applied online in September. I had my first interview in mid-october, 30-min walk through resume.
A month later, I got a notice for the final round of interviews. It was a long wait. The interview was 90 min a including 30min presentation of a topic of my choice. All behavioral questions.
No offer. I was surprised because my interview went well and I had 2 year experiecne in energy and sustainability. Long wait to hear back updates.

Name a time you made a mistake and how did you fix that.
The interview was a 30-minute video interview through Teams with a consultant manager. The interviewer seems to follow a standard questions bank regarding my work and management type. The process was less fluid but I was able to get in some questions at the end and made it more personal.

30 min phone screen resume walk through --- 1 month later heard that I had a final round
90 mins- 2 behavioral/give a 30 min presentation on a topic of your choice. Fairly standard behavioral questions and not a ton of technical for the entry level role
