I received a phone call from the hiring manager. It was about a 20 minute phone call with no specific questions. A few days later, I received a call from the recruiter with an offer. It was the easiest interview I have ever experienced.

Connected through network. Phone screen, interview round 1, sent thank you, interview round 2, sent thank you, followed up, followed up a second time. Completely ghosted after two positive interviews. No feedback.
