The interview process consisted of an informal screening interview with the directors of the internship program and then a final interview with the head of the team I would be working in.
The interviewers wanted to get to know who I am and if I would be capable of working on ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment. They also wanted to know my technical expertise.
