Detailed but simple. I applied online and received a response the same day, which was nice. I came in for my interview and was able to see some of the agents in action on calls. It was nice to see so many of them, made me feel like the company isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I was offered the position within a couple days. They sent me some documents, did a background check, and then I received my offer letter. Thank you to the managers and admin team who made this a seamless process! I look forward to growing with GTI.
