Apart form the usual tell me about yourself, the questions vary based on the role. You'll be tested on your knowledge and its practical application.

In the same way, for engineering interviews, you'll be tested for coding and problem-solving. You'll be given a code and asked the output or write code for a sample use case. For engineers, its usually there are 2 technical rounds, 1 culture-fit round and a final round with the CEO. All the rounds will be completed within a week, and you'll receive an offer in a day or two after you crack the round with the CEO.
If you apply for a UI/UX, Graphic Designer role, you'll be asked to share your sample portfolio, and/or an idea about what design improvements can be made on the Guidanz or its products' website. The interview process is a brief chat with the marketing team, and a final round with CEO. The entire process usually takes not more than a week.
