The interview was for an innovative dev team in Guggenheim. All the guys are smart and passionate. I will come to learn in the months of my employment that everyone gets to contribute and that is why these guys wanted someone who was as self starter and can hit the ground running. I was interviewed in several areas of skills: 1. Tech Knowledge: Of technology stack (Microsoft's .Net), Testing, Databases (Particularly SQL), Algorithms, Data Structures 2. Analytical Thinking 3. Software Design 4. Methodologies 5. Code Refactoring Each interview lasted approximately an hour for approximately 4 rounds (you will be there for approx. 4 hours) Overall, I think it was fair with a focus on selecting an individual with well rounded skills.
