I originally applied for a different position, but the recruiter suggested that I would be a better fit for the Regional Operations Manager position. I applied for the job like he asked. We set up a time for an interview and he cancelled. I never heard back from him after. I tried reaching out via LinkedIn and email, however there was no response. I understand that he was interested in someone that has managed a higher volume at the time, but I did not appreciate the ghosting.
