The whole interview process lasted 3 weeks. One hour phone interview with the HR employee about my profile, my skills, my expectations and so on. She set the focus on topics like "how would you react in stressful situations?/with difficult customers?/if team members are arguing with each other/etc." After one week she called with a positive feedback and I was invited to a face to face interview with both store and assistant store managers. One hour interview again in store and the focus was again on similar topics but with very weird questions at some point (I was even asked to draw something). All in all not a pleasant chat, they made me feel as if I were landed on Mars. They had a kind of passive-aggressive attitude for the whole time of the interview. I could have spent my time way better than that, as they were clearly not interested in my profile at all...

Candidature envoyée en ligne, j’ai été contactée par la responsable adjointe de la boutique outlet la vallée village, entretien fixé avec la directrice boutique, d’une froideur incroyable, son assistante qui n’a pas dit un mot, ça vous donne une idée du binôme. Tout ce qui intéressait la responsable c’est d’être rassurée que je ne connaissais personne des ses équipes anciennes ( j’apprendrai plus tard qu’il y’a eu de gros problème de gestion et que des vols en interne avaient été commis)
