The interview process consisted of four rounds. The first one was online where the job, company, and culture were discussed. There was also some more info about the salary and company car. The second interview was in real life, where I had a small tour of the office in Leuven. The team lead gave more information what the work will be and interviewed me a bit. The third interview was online and was a technical one. This online interview was two hours long and consisted with many questions about C++. The last one was back in the office with the CEO. Here the goal was to see if I would fit into the company's culture. All the people I interviewed with were very friendly and gave a lot of information. Hence most my questions were answered before I could even ask them :)
