      Phone interview, in person with HR and then in person with Manager. Could have been condensed as a lot of the same questions were asked twice. Took almost 2 months from phone interview to hire.

      Thank you for your feedback, and we are so glad you decided to join our team despite the longer than desired interview process. We are continually looking to improve, condense, and expedite this process while also balancing our desire for increased exposure to candidates to truly get to know them and ensure a good fit for both parties and honoring the scheduling availability of our hiring managers. We have recently implemented several enhancements in our applicant tracking system, increased touch points with candidates throughout the process, added a webex interview in place of the first in-person interview scheduled immediately following a successful, abbreviated phone interview, adjusted our interview guides to avoid redundant questions, along with various other improvements. We are committed to continually monitor and enhance this process to ensure a positive applicant experience regardless of employment outcome.

      One to two phone interviews, in-person interview, plus a probationary period (if you count that). Most questions are work history, customer service, and culture based. They asked for a desired salary, then offered well below. I asked to think about it, and when I asked for more money after a day of thinking they asked if I was reneging on my acceptance (never originally given). I was surprised, so I backpedaled and accepted. Also, couldn't seem to remember what position I was applying for (kept switching titles between interviews) and manager had clearly not read my resume by the time the second interview came around.

      Thank you for your feedback on our interview process. It seems there may have been a miscommunication in the offer process. When putting together an offer, we evaluate each candidate based on the amount and type of experience they bring with them to the position. We also try to remain internally equitable with existing employees with similar backgrounds and experience. We are sorry that you felt our initial offer was below your expectations and we remain open to discussing pay with candidates throughout our process. We have recently changed several job titles in our Retail Banking division (from Teller/Personal Banker to Branch Bankers). As we worked through that transition, titles may have been used interchangeably. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work hard to continue to have open and clear communication with candidates.
