I met with two sales managers the first day, where they just pick your brain and get a feel for who you are. You'll get a few resume questions, but its pretty chill. They aren't going to ask you to "sell me this pen" or anything cheesy. If you get past them you'll be invited back to meet with the president of the sales team.
