Began as a friendly process. I went to the office and filled out an interview. After that i waited for 2 days then called back to follow up for an interview. A Day after or so i received a phone call to come in for an interview.

They will bring you in with the main owner and one or more admins. Expect them to have questions regarding your schedule and what is expected of you. They will have some tech questions but not many as management doesn't have a clue how to actually do any technical work.
