Phase 1 - HR external recruiter, 2 interviews (1 by phone; 1 presential)
Phase 2 - at hiring company: 1st interview with HR and direct report; 2nd interview business case to develop and present with HR, MKT director and team; 3rd interview with PT Company Director
Phase 3 - external assessment: 1st online assessment; 2nd presential 4hr assessment
