      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Grundfos (Århus) en juin 2024

      Entretien

      I interviewed for a Student Assistant in Marketing position on June 17th and was told that I would hear back within two weeks. Unfortunately, the following communication and overall handling of the process were extremely unprofessional, leaving a bad impression. Unfulfilled Promises: Despite the initial timeline, I received no updates after two weeks. I contacted them on June 28th and was told there was a slight delay and that they would get back to me within a few days. Unfortunately, they never did. Lack of Transparency: I found out about my rejection on their website, about 1.5 months after the interview. This lack of direct communication was disheartening and demonstrated a disregard for the time and effort put forth by applicants. Absence of Feedback: The most disappointing aspect was the complete lack of feedback on my performance. After devoting so much time and effort to the interview, the least I expected was some constructive feedback to help my professional development. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating. The company's unprofessionalism and lack of communication show a disregard for candidates. I strongly advise potential applicants to think about this before pursuing opportunities with this organization.
