Got a call from HR and the interview was scheduled next day. Interviewer asked so many questions and finally after 5 similar interviews I got an offer.
But I was shocked when I saw biasedness towards BITS or flipkart employees i.e there was an bits candidate to be hired based on his internship performance , though this person did not related to work except sending memes on companies slack channel, the seniors guys from BITS said they will hire him just coz he is from BITS. There are people out there who are talented but don't make it to the company just coz they aren't from BITS, I felt said for the hardworking people. Even I went through 5 different interviews where these people asked something they would struggle on but feels very disappointing when these people hire their juniors from BITS. This tradition has created people who don't understand the importance of Hard work.

They will waste your time and reject you after all rounds without giving any reason or feedback. Don’t waste your time .
