It seemed like a straightforward and organized process but, I was completely ghosted after two rounds. 1st round was a call with recruiter, 2nd was a recorded Sparkhire interview with 8 questions total. Follow-up request was not replied to as well. EDIT: They contacted me with a denial after seeing this review.
