Growth tribe is one of my top companies to work with. So describing the following incident feels disappointing. I applied through LinkedIN and received an email for a first phone interview. I picked a slot and 1 hour before the interview, the interviewer messaged me that has fallen sick and we needed to reschedule. This is totally fine I wished her well and rescheduled for next week. The new day of the interview came, I was waiting for my phone to ring, but it never did! I couldn't believe that I had been ghosted in an interview. I messaged her on LI and sent an email waiting for a response. I then assumed that something might have happened and she was still out sick. We are human after all. I then decided to message the direct manager of the role, explaining the situation and asking if she was okay. And guess what, he never responded! At least 2 days later I haven't received anything. I am still leaving a % that something might have happened, in any case, this was my experience with Growth Tribe.
