First interview: phone screening with recruiter, talked about background, skills, etc.
Was given access to Grow, had to build a dashboard with some test data to show I could learn software and read data.
Second interview was a panel of Customer Success Team Leaders. They asked about skills, background, experience, and technical skills like SQL.
Third interview was with Director of CS. Open conversation about the role, expectations, the department, and my experience in CS.
Fourth interview was with VP of CS, then the CEO. VP was similar to Director, pretty open conversation. CEO asked about skills, past performance, and asked me for questions about company. I asked a few, and he talked to me about the company goals. Really good conversation.
