Recruiter sent a Calendly link for an initial screening, but earliest available option was 2+ weeks away. I booked it, but checked again a few days later and found a slot for the next day. Recruiter was late to the call and meeting was very brief. They never responded to my email with follow-up questions. I was sent a take-home data analysis case study. After submitting my response, didn't hear back for 1 week, then received an automated rejection with no feedback on the case study.

Was pretty length, a recruiter call, team member interview, and manager interview which the manager declined. There was a take home assessment sent to me which took about 30 to 1 hr.

My interview process with Grow Therapy was well organized, communicative, and moved at a good pace, which left me with a very positive impression of the company and its culture. I had 3 interviews prior to a take home assessment, followed by one final assessment review/interview. Each team member I interviewed with was great—professional, engaging, and clearly passionate about their work. Incredible candidate experience!

Started with a recruiter screen interview, then had a take home assessment using excel, after that had a behavioral/situational interview with a cross functional leader, and the final round was a data interpretation case study interview with the hiring manager
