Pretty casual, easy going interview. First I spoke with the HR Assistant on what was a phone screen, then, I was called by the hiring manager and spoke to them for an hour. I received a call back a week later and then I was asked to come in for a panel interview with the entire HR team.

Two steps, Generalist, then CHRO. Pretty basic, very relaxed and easy going, Standard HR questions but mainly focused on union experience as hospitals have alot of different unions operating under the same roof.
