After my application I got the response they are interested in my profile. We were supposed to have a call but they never came back to me. Just postponed from week to week and than disappeared. Very unprofessional to keep talents waiting!

It was a 35 minutes video call with a very young person who was working in HR less than 6 months. She was very friendly. I should have gone over my CV and tell how can I use my former skills into this one. I asked for a feedback why I couldn't move forward for the second interview and I didn't get any feedback. I think this was the most unprofessional part of that entire process.
