Met a recruiter at a conference, and emailed her my resume. Was offered a phone interview, and then 4 back-to-back Skype interviews.
I thought the Skype interviews were a bit excessive - they were 1 hour each, with no time built in for breaks. My phone interviewer, and first three Skype interviewers, were very pleasant. I enjoyed speaking with them and learning about their work. The last one, however, was atrocious. My previous interview was running long, so he was not able to Skype me (though kudos to him for being very on time). When I did call him back, he was very distracted - I could tell he was looking at the screen above the webcam, working on something else. I'd provide an answer, and he'd say "hold on a minute..." and do some work. I found this extremely disrespectful, and ended the interview as soon as possible (after 35 minutes). Unfortunate, because I had really liked everyone else up to that point.

Received offer but rejected because of loss of trust in leadership through the interview process.
Invested 4+ weeks to receive an offer which was for a temporary contract position.
It was obvious that leadership had consciously made the decision to hide this until the very end of the process. Not sure what the intention was here, but it would have been easier for everyone involved to be transparent from the initial recruitment call.
I hope no candidate has to go through this again.

The overall process took 3 weeks and the response another week. There were 3 interviews in total. 1 Phone screen, 2 hiring manager and then the 3rd executive leader. Very straightforward interview process.

I was invited for the first round of the Project manager position at Groupon. The first round was HR phone screen. They didn't get back to me and on follow up said they filled the position internally.
