J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Groupon (Chicago, IL) en janv. 2012
Entretien
I reached out to a recruiter via an e-mail posted on a job board. I was told to apply online, but about an hour later someone reached out to me offering a preliminary phone interview. After hitting it off with the recruiter in that first phone interview we immediately set up a second phone interview to talk more in depth about my experience. A lot of the questions were sales oriented. After the second phone interview I was invited into the office for a final round interview. In that interview, I did a role play with the recruiter. I was given a menu and had to pretend to call a restaurant, sell Groupon, and set up a sample deal. After that I talked with 2 or 3 managers that had openings on their teams. I later had one additional phone interview with the manager that eventually hired me onto his team.

Question 1
The most difficult part of the interview was not necessarily a question, but the role play.

When I arrived it was at least 7 other people in the lobby waiting to be interviewed as well. When it was my turn my name was card and I was led to the interview room. I interviewed with a woman and then with a man. The interview lasted around 45 minutes. I received a call back but I wasn't able to answer when the lady called and I was never able to reach her afterwards so I just assumed I didn't get offered the position.

Phone and Skype combo. Seemed rushed and wrote me off quickly without diving deeper. Seemed like they wanted a direct connection with the work I'm doing at my current employer, but the industry and circumstances are different. They asked a lot of questions about handling stress, constant change, and working within a fast-paced team environment.
