It was fairly straight forward. HR conducted the first round of interview that was basic introduction. Next was aptitude and Versant round for language skills test followed by an Operations Meet to understand my grasp of management. The main rounds were conducted over 2 days. First was will Senior Manager - Operations which was a 45 minutes session and the second with the Director of Operations for the Bangalore site.

I applied for a job on the cite and got a response from HR person very fast. Had a call with her, she was very professional, described the position and requirements, walked through my previous experience and scheduled an initial phone interview with my potential manager later same week. Well, I never had an interview on the way from the office to a playground. Literally. So, the manager was late, but he texted me, so it's fine. 20 minutes later he called me and we started the interview when I noticed some background noise and he said he needs to pick up his son. He was asking me questions, barely listening to me, never went to a topic dipper, just was going through a list or so. After 15 mins the interview was done, mainly because he has arrived to the playground and his son started jumping around. Later I got a rejection because "I'm not experienced enough".
