Entretien
The hiring process was fairly quick. I applied online and heard back within a week. I had a phone interview first and then was invited for a face to face interview. I interviewed with two different people ( both for 30 minutes) I then shadowed a current customer service representative for 15 minutes. I was emailed the offer within the next few days.
The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

Entretien
It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
