I had a phone interview. Nice guy, really made me like the company. Then I had an in-person interview. I met with three people. One ended up being my manager (he was amazing), one was some woman, and another was probably the greatest guy who ever worked at Groupon. I got a phone call two days later and accepted the job. FYI: everyone who interviews you is totally drinking the Groupon kool-aid. It is not as great as it sounds. About a year after I started working there, all three of my interviewers had quit because they're smart, reasonable people. Don't do it!!!!!
