Overall the process was smooth and straight-forward. I applied in September 2020. The total process took roughly 3 days. I was first contacted by the president for an initial interview. The interview was easy and straight to the point. We discussed job expectations and roles as well as previous experiences. I went through a total of 3 interviews. The other interviews were with the program manager and account manager. Once again, these were simple interviews that lasted about 30 minutes through video call. We once again discussed my past experiences, where I fit in the role I was applying for, what is expected of the me filling in this role, and future company goals. All interviewers were very transparent and respectful.
