Recruiter contacted me over email to set up video screen with the hiring manager. I joined the call and 4 employees in total were on the call from their IT operations. The interview questions had nothing to do with my resume/qualifications/ or the position. Instead they asked a series of meaningless questions like, "How do you stay up to date with IT", 'How would you design a spice rack for a blind person", and "What is your most and least favorite technology". Basically just a bunch of irrelevant questions and was mostly a waste of my time. Overall I considered the interview to be very unprofessional and if I would have known they were going to conduct the interview that way I would have never taken it.
