I recently had a job interview for the office in Milan. The initial contact and interview were actually organised quite well, they explained to me clearly the role and the organisation. Following the interview, they disappeared completely; I asked for a feedback 2 times and never got an answer. Fully understand that they can prefer other candidates, but it's not acceptable that they don't even provide a feedback; feel like I wasted 30 minutes of my time.
