Entretien
I had a Skype call with two employees (mostly behavioral questions) and then a writing test in which I was asked to draft a press release based on a premise my interviewers gave me. Additionally, they wanted me to choose three reporters that I would pitch my press release to and write why I chose those three.

2 rounds of interviews, second one was a 3 hour assignment. The first round was with 2 different people, one an associate and the other the VP. The VP was really nice. The 3 hour assignment was a mock press release

Very behavioral. Want to know whether you fit into the team and align with what they are looking for. A 3-4 stage process that includes a writing test and a mini-super day in which you meet the team and the CEO.

Pretty standard interview with two members of upper management. All went well, except after a while, one of the interviewers started asking really arbitrary, obscure, and somewhat demeaning questions in an attempt to trip me up. One of the most unnecessarily odd interview experiences I've had in my life. If I had to work alongside the guy who interviewed me, I think I'd be pretty miserable. So I'm very relieved to have not received an offer; they showed me the type of company I DON'T want to work for and I'm grateful for that.
