Interview by two individuals, I was asked about last employer my responsibilities, How many cars did I sell.Hobbies,likes,dislikes. family related questions. I was asked questions on how to handle certain situations.
Standard - submit resume, wait for them to contact you and then go in to meet with a manager in person. Manager was 30 mins late to interview and asked many questions that are in violation of laws including do you have children?

The head of the department is the one whose usually hire. After your face to face interview, if you passed the interview, he sends you right away to the HR department when you will do your paperwork. The hiring process is not complete unless you pass the drug test and you pay for your sales license.
