4 month interview process with 7-8 people at various levels. It was nice to speak with employees at various levels throughout the company but it seemed excessive to have this many interviews for such a small company and made me question why they don't trust a hiring team to make the right decision during a hiring process. The first three or 4 interviews were also extremely redundant and several of the same questions were asked multiple times. The HR rep was very consistent in following up and scheduling interviews each time but the fact that it was dragged out for 4 months makes makes me seriously question the efficiency of this company.

How would you prepare for a client meeting? Experience overview. Troubleshooting client relationships. Standard BD/Sales questions
